Privacy & KVKK Notice

This notice explains what information Network Flow collects through the website and how business inquiries are handled.

NOTICE

What data is collected?

When you send the contact form, Network Flow collects the information you choose to provide: name, email, company, budget range, selected services and your message. The website may also process basic technical data needed for security and delivery.

The data is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a relevant media or creative follow-up and protect the form from spam. It is not sold.

SCOPE

Data Use

Optional measurement

With your consent, Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics measure page visits and form stages, Robauto measures page visits and referral sources, Microsoft Clarity records masked clicks and scrolling, and Meta and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) measure advertising interactions and successful form submissions after marketing consent. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message contents are excluded from our analytics events and masked in recordings. Providers may process technical data abroad. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent sending a form. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice; withdrawing consent reloads the page. Preferences expire after 180 days. See Google, Ahrefs, Robauto, Microsoft, Meta and OpenAI privacy notices for provider processing and retention.

Inquiry response

Contact details and brief information are used to reply to the request and organize the next step.

Security

Honeypot checks and optional Cloudflare protections may be used to reduce automated form abuse.

Retention

Business inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for communication, legal obligations and legitimate business follow-up.

METHOD

  • Request access to the personal data connected with your inquiry.
  • Ask for correction if the information is incomplete or inaccurate.
